The Site is owned and operated by Ozaura Enterprises Private Limited ("Ozaura", "we", "us", "our"), Navi Mumbai, India. Our products are manufactured by Rangrej's Aromatherapy, Surat, Gujarat, India (Mfg. Lic. No. GC/1793).
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order. By using the Site you confirm that the information you provide (name, contact details, shipping address) is accurate and current.
We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, ingredients and shades as accurately as possible. Actual packaging and colour may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or manufacturing batch differences.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraudulent activity). Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.
Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials on our servers — these are handled directly and securely by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes; orders placed via WhatsApp are confirmed manually by our team.
All content on the Site — including the Ozaura name, logo, product photography, packaging design and written content — is the property of Ozaura Enterprises Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorised access to our systems, submitting false information, interfering with the Site's security features, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Our products are cosmetic skincare and haircare items. Please perform a patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ozaura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, or from reliance on information provided on the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
