We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes. During checkout (or when confirming your order via WhatsApp), we'll let you know if we're unable to deliver to your location.
Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount, shown at checkout before you pay.
Once your order ships, we'll share a tracking link by email/WhatsApp so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India, subject to serviceability at your PIN code. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown clearly before you confirm your order.
If a parcel is undeliverable after multiple courier attempts, it is returned to us (RTO). We'll reach out to reschedule delivery or process a refund as applicable, per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll investigate with our courier partner.
